GUARANTEE

Individual bookings are only considered binding if accompanied by a valid credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram; or with full or partial prepayment of the stay prior to the customer’s arrival.

NO SHOW

Penalties may be applied for no-shows.

ACCOMMODATION

In the event of force majeure, the school reserves the right to arrange for participants to be accommodated in whole or in part in a nearby hotel of an equivalent category for services of the same nature, with the costs of the transfer being borne by the school, which may not be called upon to pay any additional compensation.

BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION CONDITIONS

For Accommodation Services (reservation of rooms in an establishment or other types of accommodation), the Customer is reminded that he/she does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, in accordance with article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or for a specific period.The length of your stay is determined by the dates you select when you book. The specific terms and conditions of your contract, including cancellation and refund policy, vary depending on the type of booking you choose. These detailed conditions will be made clear to you during the booking process and will be included in the confirmation you receive by email. Some bookings may be cancellable and refundable, while others may have more restrictive conditions. Please read these conditions carefully before finalising your booking. If you have any questions or require further information about your booking, please do not hesitate to contact our reception. You can cancel your booking by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation email and following the instructions on your screen.

If your booking includes a booking fee, please note that this is non-refundable.

It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause for cancellation has occurred.

The modification or cancellation of a reservation for a Service can be made directly on the Site via the “Modify or cancel a reservation” section; The modification or cancellation of a reservation for a Service can be made directly with the establishment, whose telephone and other contact details are specified on the confirmation of the reservation sent by e-mail.

Cancellation charges

Free cancellation 24 hours before arrival. If cancelled later or in the event of no-show at the hotel, the first night without extras will be charged and is non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the reservation online, this amount will be refunded after deduction of the cancellation fee (except for non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).

Taxes

All prices include VAT. Visitor’s tax and government or local taxes must be paid locally where applicable.

Arrival time / Departure time

Your room or flat will be available at reception from the time indicated below.On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room/apartment no later than the time indicated below. Failure to respect this deadline may result in an additional night being charged.We recommend that you use the “Comments or additional information” box on the booking form to let us know your estimated time of arrival, particularly if it is late.Arrival time (from): 15:00Latest check-out time : 12:00Reception opening hours : From 07:00 to 22:00

Payment and currency

Your debit/credit card will be used to guarantee your booking.

CONSUMER MEDIATOR

The Customer is informed by Hôtel Les Terres Blanches of the possibility of having recourse, in the event of a dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions, to a conventional mediation procedure or to any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions provided for in Title I of Book VI of the French Consumer Code.After referring the matter to the management of Hôtel Les Terres Blanches and failing a satisfactory response within 1 month, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details are given below:

LAW APPLICABLE TO THE SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

The General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions that may apply in the consumer’s country of residence.

In accordance with article L.223-2 of the French Consumer Code, consumers who do not wish to be the subject of commercial prospecting by telephone may, free of charge, register on an opposition list against telephone canvassing.
