WARRANTY
Individual reservations are only considered firm if they are accompanied by a valid credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram; or with a total or partial prepayment of the stay before the customer’s arrival.
NO PRESENTATION
In the event of non-attendance, penalties may be applied.
DELOGATIONS
In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to provide all or part of the participants with accommodation in a local hotel of equivalent category for services of the same nature, the costs of the transfer remaining the responsibility of the establishment, which may not be sought as payment for any additional compensation.
