GUARANTEE
Individual bookings are only considered binding if accompanied by a valid credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram; or with full or partial prepayment of the stay prior to the customer’s arrival.
NO SHOW
Penalties will apply in the event of a no-show (see booking, cancellation and amendment conditions below).
ACCOMMODATION
In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to arrange for participants to be accommodated in whole or in part in a nearby hotel of an equivalent category for services of the same nature, the costs inherent in the transfer remaining at the expense of the establishment, which may not be called upon to pay any additional compensation.
BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION CONDITIONS
For Accommodation Services (reservation of rooms in an establishment or other types of accommodation), the Customer is reminded that he/she does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, in accordance with article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or for a specific period.
The length of your stay is determined by the dates you select when you book. The specific conditions of your contract, particularly with regard to cancellation and refunds, vary according to the type of booking you choose. These detailed conditions will be clearly presented to you during the booking process and will be included in the confirmation you receive by email. Some bookings may be cancellable and refundable, while others may have more restrictive conditions. Please read these conditions carefully before finalising your booking. You can cancel your booking by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation email and following the instructions on your screen.
If your booking includes a booking fee, please note that this is non-refundable.
It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause for cancellation has occurred.
The modification or cancellation of a reservation for a Service can be made directly on the Site via the ‘Modify or cancel a reservation’ section; The modification or cancellation of a reservation for a Service can be made directly with the establishment, whose telephone and other contact details are specified on the confirmation of the reservation sent by e-mail.
Cancellation charges
Free cancellation 48 hours before arrival. If cancelled later or in the event of no-show, the first night without extras will be charged and is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the reservation online, this amount will be refunded after deduction of the cancellation fee (except for non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).
Taxes
All prices include VAT. The tourist tax is €2.84 per night and per person until December 31, 2024. Starting January 1, 2025, the tourist tax will increase to €2.93 per night and per person. Visitor’s tax, government or local taxes must be paid on site where applicable.
Arrival time / Departure time
Your room or flat will be available at reception from the time indicated below.
On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room/apartment by the time indicated below. Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged at no extra charge, subject to availability and prior notification to the establishment. Please inform us in advance so that we can make the best possible arrangements for your stay.
We recommend that you use the ‘Comments or additional information’ box on the booking form to let us know your estimated time of arrival, particularly if it is late.

Payment and currency
Your debit or credit card will be used to guarantee your reservation. The establishment reserves the right to charge a fee of €1 to check the validity of the card for stays of more than five nights. This amount will be refunded at the end of your stay.
CONSUMER OMBUDSMAN
The Customer is informed by Hôtel Les Terres Blanches of the possibility of having recourse, in the event of a dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions set out in Title I of Book VI of the French Consumer Code.
After contacting the management of Hôtel Les Terres Blanches and failing a satisfactory response within 1 month, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details are given below:

Hôtel Les Terres Blanches also informs the Customer of the existence of a European platform for Online Dispute Resolution (‘Online Dispute Resolution’) to which the Customer may have recourse. LAW APPLICABLE TO THE SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
The General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions that may apply in the consumer’s country of residence.
TELEPHONE CANVASSING – BLOCTEL INFORMATION
In accordance with article L.223-2 of the French Consumer Code, consumers who do not wish to be the subject of commercial prospecting by telephone may, free of charge, register on a telephone prospecting opposition list.
